What You'll Do as an LPN Field Nurse:

As a vital part of our Home Care / Home Health team, your responsibilities will include:

• Provide nursing care to clients in their homes, facilities, wellness clinics, and always under the direction of an RN and according to the Nurse Practice Act.
• Delivering high-quality services to meet client needs, following current home health nursing professional standards and agency protocols.
• Identifying client needs for additional services and making appropriate referrals to managers or community resources.
• Maintaining current and accurate client records using laptop computers and traditional charting methods, in accordance with corporate policies and all federal, state, and local guidelines.
• Supervising and monitoring the performance of Homemakers and Personal Care Assistants in home care settings to ensure quality service delivery.
• Implementing physician-ordered plans of treatment.
• Assisting with orientation and field training for new employees.
• Participating in the department's on-call rotation as needed.

What You'll Bring to Redstone:

• A current, unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license to practice in Pennsylvania.
• A valid Pennsylvania driver's license.
• Experience in home health or home care nursing is a plus, but all dedicated LPNs are encouraged to apply.
